The "W" Family

I spent a beautiful fall evening with the "W" family. They had to most amazing view of a prairie landscape right in their backyard. As soon as I saw the view I knew we needed some photos with that landscape in the background. Because this was an evening session we got a beautiful warm glow from the setting sun. I must also add that these are the most fun-loving and spunky grandparents I've met in a long time. I love it!

Well, I'm sure many of you have been wondering where I have been. I am fully aware that I have been missing in action here on the blog! I have not, however, been missing in action when it comes to snapping pictures. Things got rather busy and so I'm just trying to catch up. Check back often in the next little while as I will have a lot to post!
I know that this Mom has been waiting patiently for a sneak peak at photos from her session. We had the most beautiful fall evening for photos and along with that came some gorgeous light! I love the many different expressions the two little peanuts came up with...they were so much fun! I do have to admit that I got rather carried away and now have way too many photos to choose from. I suppose that is a good problem!

The "P" Family

I quickly got this session with the "P" family in before the sun set and it started to rain. We spent the evening in their back yard. The colorful leaves made the perfect backdrop! "J's" boyfriend showed up and quickly became my personal assistant. There were no problems getting a smile or laugh when he was around.

Sweet Sixteen

Miss "H" will soon be sixteen so some photos to remember this special age were in order! What a gorgeous afternoon! The weather was incredibly beautiful today so we had a great time exploring, chatting a taking a few pictures. Happy sweet sixteen!
