Perfection!

Hope your summer holidays have been as perfect as ours were!  Perfection really was the best word I could think of to sum about a fabulous time away from home.  My best memories were from our campground where we spent lots of time by the pool, sitting by campfires, hanging out at the playground and relaxing! 

August Holidays

Testing out a new lens...

I recently purchased a new lens and needed to put it to the test.  We spent a beautiful summer day having lunch at Barney Gargle's, visiting the candy train at the Forks and watching some skateboarding.  "T" seemed to be in an unusually cooperative mood (at least when it came to taking photos) so I made the most of it with him.  The new lens is definitely a keeper.  Now I have my eye on the f/1.8 85mm.
