Trash the Dress!

"K" arranged to have a trash the dress session long before she even walked down the aisle in her wedding dress.  I was thrilled with the location and we had the perfect summer evening....except for the swarms of mosquitoes which wanted to feast on us!  "M & K" were once again, so relaxed and fabulous!  It's always fun to spend time with them!  The running water, rocks, dark blue sky, gooey mud and seaweed added just the right touch

Baby "N"

Baby "N" was just 7 days old when I met him for the very first time.  He was the sweetest little guy ever!  At just a week old he was actually quite alert and so we were able to get some great photos with his eyes open.  His parents are as proud as can be (rightfully so) and brought out the best collection of props I have ever seen.  I really like how the items they chose to use in the pictures represent them so perfectly and have significant meaning to their family.  It was a treat to spend the morning with you and capture you new little star!

Next time I'll be Prepared!

I should quickly clarify before I make a negative impression!  I was prepared for this photo session when I headed out on the road Saturday morning.  I was not, however, prepared for the parade which stopped me just a kilometer from my destination.  It really was a shame.  If only I had my logo on my vehicle and a few large images strapped to my roof,  I would have just joined right into things!  Next time!  It was so great to see this family again.  Last time, "N" was just a little newborn baby.  This time, she was running around and enjoying all the apples on her yard.  Her older brother was as charming as ever!  This was a special morning for them as their whole family was together and that had not happened in some time.  So nice to see everyone enjoying each other and what a great time for a few family pictures.  Thanks for a great morning and for your understanding with the whole parade thing!
