Celebrating "X"!

It seems like the weather always works in our favor whenever I do a session with this family!  This past Saturday was no exception.  It turned out to be an amazing spring day and so we headed outside after a few studio pictures.  "X" just had his first communion and he is turning eight so there was plenty to celebrate!  It was great to see little "N" who had grown up so much since I last saw her.  Her curls and big brown eyes were so striking.  "T" was just waking up from a nap but as soon as he saw the slide he definitely got his second wind!

I LOVED playing outside with you.  It was so nice to do a session outside again with green grass, blue skies and sunshine!

Baby S

I spent a lovely, sunny spring afternoon with Baby S and her parents.  She had the most beautiful skin tone and little lips I've ever seen!  Her new Mom and Dad were as proud as can be and I could totally see why!  Congratulations!

Baby "B"

It was great to see "S" again along with his new baby brother "B".  I had not seen "S" since I took his newborn pictures a few years ago but I could still see a resemblance.  I didn't however, see much of a resemblance though when it came to his new brother.  Honestly, I could completely see that he looked a lot like his grandpa....who actually was my boss way back in my university days.  I think that made my try extra hard to do a good job!  Thanks for a lovely morning.  You brightened up a rainy, blustery Friday!

The Birthday Girls!

Many of you may remember the twins "I" and "K" who posed so perfectly on the bright pink couch for their first set of birthday photos.  Well, "K" and "I" are not so small anymore but pink still seems to be a favorite color.  In fact, this year when they turned four, their party was a "Pinkalicous" theme!  I enjoyed spending a morning with friends....there is nothing like a twosome of all dressed up giggling girls!  Their Mom remembered all the important girly details right down to the pearl necklaces, sparkly rings and painted fingernails!
