Ooops! I did it again!

Yes, I did it again.....I took too many pictures!  It was great to see this family again and just like I remembered back in May, both the boys were complete charmers!  I couldn't help myself and had to keep snapping pictures because I didn't want to miss a moment.  The photo session was particularly to document the fact that "T" will be two in just a few weeks!  I know he's already looking forward to his Elmo cake and lots of ice cream!  Thanks for a great evening and for being flexible when the playground we planned to use was out of commission.  The backup plan proved to be even better than the original!

I think this is it!

I think this is one of the photos for our christmas card this year.  Thanks to my friend, "L", for the use of the field behind her house and to "N" for snapping some photos that I'm actually in too!

A Happy Memory!

It feels like summer is just a happy memory now.  I'm looking out my window and seeing grey skies, rain and wind.  My house is quiet because "E" is back at school and I'm missing summer.  If I had to describe our summer with one word, it would be, FULL.  I'm not complaining because we planned it that way and everything about it was good.  We're definitely happy to be at home now and I'm looking forward to finally sharing some of our summer memories here on my blog.
This post is of just one of our great memories from the summer.....Lake Bronson.  We spent several days with our friends J&N and their 3 daughters on the lake, hunting raccoons and playing in the sand.  "E" in particular, LOVED the water and enjoyed every minute in the boat, behind it or in the water.  He loved GTing this winter with J&N and seemed to love tubing just as much.  I couldn't believe the little dare devil he was.

Guitar Baby is Growing Up!

Happy Birthday, "D"! I can't believe you are three already!

Some of you may remember "D" as the "guitar baby". He is the little newborn who fell asleep perfectly on his daddy's guitar when he was a little newborn. Well, he is definitely growing up. I met him on his third birthday for this photo session. A huge thank you to him and his family for being patient and waiting out the thunderstorm and yucky weather for this session. If the final end, you added sunshine to a cloudy gloomy day!

We landed up kind of doing a music theme for this session. It wasn't planned but I love how it just seemed to happen!

Please note the "Into the Music" sign overhead.....part of our theme!
