The D Family

I spent a beautiful Saturday afternoon at the park with the "D Family"! The sun was shining, the tulips were blooming (and so were the dandelions), there were no mosquitoes and I had a great family to work with. Make sure you notice the most amazing brown eyes that seem to run in this family. Here are just a few...

Happy Anniversary!

T & R celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary with dinner and some photos! They got right into the spirit of things and R even got herself spiffed up in her wedding gown. It still fit her perfectly....impressive! We started with some more formal photos at the leg and then moved on to the Forks for a bit more fun. While we were hanging out yesterday we figured out that this was our 5th photo session together. It has been an honor to capture so many different parts of your life in the past few years.

Biker Boys

Mr. T & Mr. E have been enjoying the outdoors this spring! Last weekend "E" mastered the art of riding his bike without training wheels. I ran in to grab my camera and captured a few shots of his first moments riding on his own! I love the huge smile that did not leave his face until he stepped off the bike! Mr. T made a fashion statement on his tricycle. Notice which feet he put the lovely muddy boots on! My mother-in-law says that's a sign your child is a genius....time will tell!

Spring in the City!

It finally feels like spring has arrived....and just in time for outdoor photo sessions. I met this brother and sister at the leg yesterday. Considering how the weather has been lately we had the perfect day. We explored a bit outside and then headed in to warm up a bit. I really wanted a few pictures on all the great bikes parked in front of the leg...I think there was some time of rally or protest going on. After taking a look at the owners I decided we would pass. After all, we had or own "toys" to use. We smuggled a "gun" into the leg and security never even noticed. They also didn't notice when we dropped a baseball bat onto the marble floor! The sound echoed throughout the entire building. Needless to say, we had a fun morning below are just a few photos from the session!
